Due to the critical situation in the housing and utilities sector, local collaborators in Makiivka decided to solve the issue of household waste disposal in a way typical of Russian barbarians. Here, the occupation authorities instructed to dispose of waste directly on the spot. That is, they burn it in the middle of the city streets.
And all because the Russians are unable to organize the work of public utilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The reason is trivial: all local utility workers have been mobilized and sent to the assault. No new people are willing to work as janitors or drivers.
