Collaborators from the temporarily occupied territories complain to Moscow that there are not enough utility workers left in the region.
The best illustration of local support for the occupation is the fact that the Russians even had to close the roadblock to the free Ukraine, due to the massive outflow of people.
However, local residents continue to leave for Ukraine through the Russian Federation, and as a result, the region no longer has a workforce. At first, the occupiers imported their doctors, teachers, builders, rescue workers and propagandists. Now it’s the turn of the utility workers.
Due to the lack of the latter, the housing and communal services industry cannot fully function at TOT. That is why gauleiters are asking Moscow to send “specialists” from the Russian Federation.
