On the temporarily occupied peninsula, at the Crimean Titan plant (Armyansk), were spotted the placement of equipment as well as units of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the russian federation.
Note that it is currently unknown what justified the latter’s stay at the seized enterprise. After all, it could be a matter of training or a command requirement.
However, the Center of National Resistance calls on residents of Armyansk to temporarily refrain from walking outdoors.
We also note that the presence of military personnel at chemical industry facilities is a violation of international humanitarian law. At the same time, it is not the first time that the Russians have neglected the relevant norms. Particularly, they place military personnel at the ZNPP or at civilian facilities, such as schools, kindergartens, and hospitals.
