Such security measures testify to the preparation of the Russians for the street fights in the city. At the same time, the resettlement of the newly arrived Russian soldiers in the empty apartments, the owners of which left the city due to the occupation, continues.
It should be noted that the mass sealing of sewers exposes local residents to danger, as it blocks utility workers and firefighters from accessing strategically important communications.
Ukraine’s National Resistance Center calls on local residents to leave the region if possible during the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to de-occupy the city.
