On September 11, the Russians plan to hold a “referendum” on the annexation of the occupied territories of Luhansk region, but they cannot find anyone willing to organize it.
Thus, in the village of Lutugine, teachers which were transported from the Ulyanovsk region of Russian Federation, are preparing for the propaganda actions. In general, almost the entire educational sector in the region was handed over to the Russians due to a lack of local volunteers.
The Center of National Resistance has already reported that teachers from Tambov are working in Luhansk region. At the same time, the children’s parents are under pressure with the threat of depriving them of their parental rights.
There is also an increase in the pace of agitation among Russian teachers regarding equating work in the occupied territories with combatants. In this way, the enemy plans to motivate locals to go to Ukraine in order to patch up the “deficit of collaborators”.
