In the temporarily occupied territories, from February 5, the so-called register of controlled persons, in which the enemy enters Ukrainians without a Russian passport, will work.
According to the official preamble, the register includes foreigners and stateless people who are illegally staying in Russia and are subject to expulsion. However, in the case of the TOT, we are talking about Ukrainians without an enemy passport.
If entered into the register, Ukrainians must either leave their native land or obtain a legal basis for residence. Also, residents of TOT without red waste paper will be prohibited from using banks, registering real estate, driving vehicles, and getting married.
That is, we have another element of coercion to legally secure the status of citizens of the empire for Ukrainians.
The National Resistance Center notes that everyone involved in forced passportization will be held accountable. You can provide useful information about employees of the occupation administrations by following the link.
