The Russians are trying to find apartments with heating in the temporarily occupied Tokmak (Zaporizhzhia region) for housing the personnel of the Russian Armed Forces.
The occupation administration has failed the heating season for the second year and most of the housing stock in the occupied city has no heat. At the same time, the occupiers themselves move into the most comfortable houses.
For this purpose, local utilities provide lists of those apartments where the owners have not been at home for a long time, but the apartments themselves are connected to heating networks. It is in such apartments that the enemy’s personnel are settled.
