Representatives of the Russian occupation administrations continue to conduct raids in the settlements under their control and identify housing that has no owners and has not been re-registered in accordance with Russian law. The occupiers call such property “ownerless”.
According to the available information, the occupation authorities transferred about three thousand real estate objects and more than one thousand movable property items to the so-called “municipal property” in the TOT of eastern Ukraine last month. Among the real estate, about two thousand apartments belonging to Ukrainian citizens who were forced to leave the occupied territory since the beginning of the first phase of Russian aggression were recorded.
In addition, the “discovered” property in the TOT of Ukraine can also be transferred to “federal” or “regional” ownership.”
As a result, the Russian occupation administration uses the looted property to ensure its goals, in particular, to resettle enemy personnel and their families, relatives, etc. Land plots are used to deploy military equipment and other technical means. Non-residential property is also used in the interests of the representatives of the Russian occupation administrations themselves.
Anyone can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicising their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
