The invaders have started confiscating vehicles from civilians in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region for the needs of the so-called “self-government”. These are passenger cars. The reason for confiscation can be the smallest violation of traffic rules. Sometimes even this is not enough to get rid of a car.
This practice is not new in the temporarily occupied territories. However, until recently, it was done with special vehicles such as excavators, tractors, or even boats. There is a known case when collaborators simultaneously took away about 100 boats from the local population in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region.
The enemy army is experiencing enormous logistical difficulties. Due to the lack of vehicles, the personnel have to move on foot. So the occupiers found a way out – to take away cars from the civilian population.
The National Resistance Center reminds everyone who came to Ukrainian soil with weapons – you will be detected and destroyed. We call on concerned citizens to resist such crimes.
Anyone can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
