The invaders have opened regional centers for the popularization of the Russian language and culture, the “Russian word,” in the TOT of Donetsk region. So far, such propaganda centers have appeared in the occupied Donetsk, Khartsyzsk, Novoazovsk and Mangush, but local collaborators have been instructed to organize such centers in every library in the occupied region.
These centers create the impression of “normalization” of life in the occupied regions, while trying to change the minds of local residents by imposing a “Russian” identity on them. As part of these activities, Russian language courses, propaganda lectures, and “cultural” events are organized to force the local population to abandon their roots and accept an alien, imperial identity.
In this way, the Russian authorities are trying not only to change the political landscape, but also to carry out cultural assimilation aimed at destroying the national identity of Ukrainians. This is especially true of the younger generation.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
