The enemy is launching the “Zemstvo cultural worker” program, which involves bringing workers from Russia to cultural centers in settlements in the temporarily occupied territories.
As part of the program, the enemy plans to bring 1.1 thousand Russians to the TOT. For agreeing to move to the TOT, the touring artist must receive a one-time payment of 2 million rubles. The reason for the program is the refusal of Ukrainians to work for the enemy and the massive departure, which has led to a shortage of personnel in the industry.
The touring criminals will work in cultural centers and libraries. Mostly, they will work in villages and towns. At the same time, there are not many people willing to move to the TOT, despite the payments, because Russians realize that they are enemies here and their careers will be short-lived.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
