The Kremlin in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine introduces its ideology into the educational process, rewriting textbooks and history courses. All so that children in the future support their views and represent them as “saviors” or “educators”.
And this is no longer news. However, a few days ago a new textbook on regional history will be presented in temporarily occupied Luhansk. Of course, the Ministry of Propaganda of the Kremlin will allocate funds for the creation and printing of new textbooks.
“After the May holidays, we will present a new textbook for public discussion. For this purpose, a round table with scientists and practitioners will be organized,” boasted the minister of the LPR, Ivan Kusov. One can only guess about the selection of “scientists” of the LPR for such discussions. After all, the directors of local schools now hire janitors or at most laboratory assistants due to the refusal of teachers with experience to cooperate with collaborators.
This fact is once again confirmed by the fact that the occupiers use history as a tool to control the people and legitimize their power. They rewrite the past to control the future, and this is one of the most insidious methods of maintaining their dominance.
The Center of National Resistance reminds us that collaborative activity is punishable by life imprisonment with confiscation of property, and no collaborator will be able to escape responsibility.
Anyone can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
