Activists of “Cyber Resistance” received evidence of how Kremlin proteges do not hesitate to loot budget funds in temporarily occupied territories.
Svitlana Nesterenko is the former first vice-rector of TDATU (Dmytro Motorny Tavri State Agricultural Technological University), located in the city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region.
The biggest achievement of her life was the transition to the side of the enemy from the beginning of the occupation of the city. She became the vice chancellor of a fake local university and started looking for traitors to fill the staff list.
Svitlana Nesterenko also took part in the so-called preliminary voting of United Russia candidates in the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. However, betrayal of the Motherland and cooperation with the aggressor obviously did not bring such a desirable and prosperous life as the collaborator hoped.
In the summer of last year, it turned out that the vice-rector had placed her daughter-in-law in the university in order to withdraw “additional” funds through her.
According to the data of the occupation administration, namely the resolution of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, which is at the disposal of Cyber Resistance, from August 2022 to April 2023, Mrs. Nesterenko managed to transfer to her daughter-in-law Olena, who did not even appear at the so-called university, more 130 thousand occupation rubles.
It is ironic that while the traitor was withdrawing funds from the university within the walls of the “university”, the special faculty of “patriotic education” of the YunArmy was closed due to lack of funds.
It is worth noting that the dismissal and the criminal case against Nesterenko was not the result of the fight against corruption, but the result of the struggle for power in the region between the FSB and the GRU and their rats on the ground.
