The demonstrations in the best traditions of Moscow’s propaganda of how the temporarily occupied Mariupol destroyed by Russian terrorists is being rebuilt are not true. Almost paper houses, which no one has had time to move into yet, fall apart at the slightest gust of wind. But this is not the only problem.
This winter will once again be without central heating for the residents of the destroyed city. Despite the reports of local collaborators that the heating networks are at least 60 percent ready for the heating season, this does not correspond to reality. The “restored” boiler houses have not been restored at all, and the occupiers will not be able to put them back into operation before the beginning of winter.
The situation is similar in the destroyed temporarily occupied Volnovakha. There is no need to talk about such districts of the occupied territories of Donetsk region as Yasynuvata and Novoazovsk.
However, this criminal mismanagement of the Russian occupiers does not stop them from robbing the local population. From October 1, the Donbas Post Office will start charging a commission when accepting payments for housing and communal services that are not actually provided. It will be 1.5% or more.
