The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine explained that Russian servicemen have the opportunity to wait out the war while staying in a safe place.
The corresponding address of the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, was made public by the “I want to live” project.
“It will be even worse. You have a choice – to die or to save your life. Our units have already taken hundreds of Russians across the front line. They are now in safe places, under the supervision of the Red Cross, with three meals a day. Let me remind you, they pass as prisoners of war, so all payments and combat pay are kept.
