New crimes of the invaders in the  TOT: disabled Ukrainians are being exported to Russia

Commissioner for Children’s Rights of the Russian Federation Maria Lvova-Belova, together with the occupation authorities, took four pupils of the Oleshkiv boarding house for children with special needs, located in the Kherson region, to Penza. All four pupils are adults recognized as incompetent and deprived of parental care.

This is a new scheme for taking possession of the property and possibly disposing it from the invaders. After all, according to the law, the guardian of a disabled person becomes the organization in which he lives. Its head has the right to manage the money and property of the wards (in particular, their pensions) and represent their rights in court. It should be recognized that the pupils’ incapacity may indicate their involuntary transfer to Penza.

The deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia has already become systematic, and the Kremlin authorities openly flaunt it. Under the guise of “rest and psychological rehabilitation”, thousands of young Ukrainians were brainwashed by Russian propaganda. International law prohibits the transfer of the population from the occupied territories, regardless of age and legal capacity. Forcible displacement of the civilian population without valid reasons can be considered a war crime and, under certain conditions — a crime against humanity. Therefore, we urge you to record and transmit all information about the crimes of the occupiers and collaborators in order to stop this lawlessness and return to a peaceful life.
