The enemy continues to create pseudo-structures in the TOT of Ukraine aimed at consolidating their control and integrating the occupied territories into the Russian administrative and legal space. The recent signing of the so-called “agreement on the establishment of the Commonwealth of Multifunctional Centerі of Donbas” is another confirmation of this.
It is worth noting that it is very important for the occupation regime to create pseudo-administrative structures such as “interagency centers”. Under the guise of “caring” for the local population, they introduce Russian service standards, substituting Ukrainian legal norms, and establish strict control over citizens.
In addition, such activities of the occupiers are aimed at strengthening control over the TOT and further attempts to integrate Ukrainian territories into the Russian Federation. However, such actions are a violation of international law and will be recognized as null and void after the liberation of Ukrainian lands.
