In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russian invaders have launched a new stage of total checks of local residents. The first reports of such measures have already been received by the National Resistance Center.
In particular, the occupiers are carrying out:
- Passport checks – demanding documents, recording the presence of Russian citizenship.
- Searches – entering the premises, checking personal belongings.
- Looking through phones – looking for contacts with Ukraine, photos and correspondence.
- Interviews – they ask about absent neighbors, the reasons for their absence, and their possible return.
- Fixing property – collecting information about movable and immovable property.
Such checks will take place in “waves”, and the occupiers may return repeatedly.
The National Resistance Center calls on the residents of the TOT to be careful and follow the advice on how to behave during the inspections.
The National Resistance Center has already reported that such measures are aimed at “inventorying” the property of Ukrainians in order to use this information for further robberies in the future. The Russians are trying to take control of everyone who remains under occupation, but they are actually afraid. They know that the locals do not accept the occupation, that the Resistance Movement is working, and this is what makes the invaders act even more aggressively.
However, such repression will not stop the resistance. On the contrary, the Resistance Movement is only getting stronger. Ukrainians in the occupied territories remember whose land this is and are making every effort to drive out the enemy.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
