In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, the staffing of rescuers reaches about 50% of the required number.
While the Russians talk about the improvements they bring to the occupied lands and the “support” of the local population, the reality is that most people have left the region, and those who remain refuse to cooperate with the enemy.
Therefore, the enemy is still unable to complete the staffing of its fake structures, such as police, rescuers, and hospitals, and is forced to bring touring Russians to the TOT on a rotating basis.
Currently, the number of SES personnel in the TOT of Zaporizhzhia is 940, while 1780 are needed. To make up for the shortage, the enemy is lowering the requirements for hiring, which affects the quality of the service.
