The occupiers have extended the duration of the “Russian World” program, which involves the distribution of equipment to access a pool of Russian propaganda channels. The goal is to completely cover the TOT with the Kremlin’s lies.
However, the residents of the occupied territories are in no hurry to take these kits, which the occupiers have been distributing since 2022, even for free. Therefore, the enemy was forced to establish a process of issuing them upon receipt of Russian documents.
