The occupiers are establishing a military command school under the Russian Ministry of Attack in Donetsk.
The federal state-financed military educational institution of higher education “Donetsk Higher Combined Arms Command School” is to be established under the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation by 1 December 2023.
The planned staff of the institution, including cadets, is 3,500 people. The hotbed of the occupiers is being formed on the basis of a school created by terrorists, which has been operating since 2015 for the needs of the “army of the DPR”.
It is worth noting that the operation of such institutions is a violation of international law, as such institutions actually recruit residents of the temporarily occupied regions to fight against their homeland.
