Representatives of the Russian occupation forces have come up with another mechanism to control the TOT of Ukraine. Thus, from among the servicemen of the Russian occupation forces, they will begin to massively appoint to the so-called “administrative positions” in the occupation administrations, etc. This means that incompetent security officials, including a small number of people with criminal records and other “cream of the crop” of Russian society, will now be in charge of managing settlements, dealing with “economic issues” and other activities.
At the same time, the occupation sources officially present this as a “personnel competition” to “recognize the merits of the defenders,” but the reality is different. The occupiers cannot find civilian personnel among the locals who are willing to work in their occupation structures. In this regard, they are trying to integrate the invaders from among the ROVs to raise their status and try to justify their crimes against the local population and Ukraine as a whole.
Obviously, these appointments will lead to increased repressive measures, looting, and new corruption schemes. Former mercenaries and previously convicted occupiers do not have management skills, but have experience in intimidation, torture and uncontrolled violence. Therefore, they will use their new “powers” in their own interests, including for their own enrichment.
The Center for National Resistance warns that the occupiers do not intend to introduce new so-called “reforms” that will somehow help the local population to survive under occupation.You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
