Under the guise of sterilization and vaccination, stray animals have been caught in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region. Even the local mayor, Yevhen Balytskyi, allocated a modest budget of 10 million Russian rubles for this purpose.
However, according to reports from the occupation, poor animals left without owners are simply destroyed. And this is already a trend. Even if there are “actions” to sterilize and vaccinate dogs or cats, these are isolated cases and very revealing, as they say, “on camera.”
