The Russians have a shortage of medical personnel in the TOT, as most local specialists have left the region, and therefore are forced to bring in touring medical staff from Russia.
Thus, on the temporarily occupied lands of Zaporizhzhya region, the enemy conducted a rotation of medical personnel. In particular, a batch of regular touring doctors and nurses was brought to the region.
The guest workers are accommodated in homes and dormitories seized from Ukrainians. They receive an increased salary for working for the TOT, meaning that their trip is a typical Russian’s salary in a state occupied by his country.
Some short-sighted tourers are then transferred to the region on a permanent basis, thus changing the demographic composition of the population.
