The Russians are forcing employees of state-owned enterprises to fill out “migration cards” that allow only temporary stay in the temporarily occupied territories.
All residents of the TOT who refused to receive a “Russian passport” are required to fill out such “migration cards.” In this way, Ukrainians receive a “temporary residence permit” that is valid for 90 days in the TOT of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions and 180 days in the TOT of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
After this period, Ukrainians who have not yet received a “Russian passport” face deportation.
We remind you that the invaders do not provide medical care to Ukrainians in the TOT who have refused to receive a “Russian passport”.
