Thus, representatives of the Russian occupation administrations in the TOT of Ukraine are taking measures to reduce the adverse effects of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine on the so-called preparation of the “election process”.
According to information from the Ukrainian underground, the Russian political leadership has instructed the representatives of the local occupation authorities to maximize the level of support for the Russian president among local youth. This figure should not be lower than 72%.
Following all methodological recommendations and instructions from the Russian presidential administration, narratives containing distorted information about Ukraine as a whole and the desire of Western countries to reduce Russian influence in the international arena. These narratives are being spread among Ukrainian youth in the TOT.
The National Resistance Center calls on Russian civil servants representing the Russian Armed Forces in the TOT of Ukraine to abandon their assigned tasks and leave Ukraine to avoid criminal punishment or death.
