The occupation administration in the TOT of Luhansk Region continues to repurpose medical facilities into military hospitals. More and more hospitals are closed to civilians and serve only Russian soldiers. In order to provide safe services to Russian soldiers, the occupiers bring medical teams from the Russian Federation to the TOT.
Also, according to local and Luhansk OVA, employees of budgetary institutions are forced to urgently donate blood.
We will remind you that the occupiers cannot start the industry at TOT due to the departure of engineers.
