The occupiers are forming new units of the Russian National Guard to carry out “counter-subversive measures” in the temporarily occupied territories.
A camp for future units will be equipped near Voronezh. The groups will include terrorists from the now-defunct “PMC Wagner” and new recruits. The tent camp is designed for 10,000 people.
According to local information, recruits and former Wagner mercenaries will have to arrive for combat coordination and formation of new units after November 3. The main task of these units is anti-sabotage measures at the TOT of Ukraine in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions.
