Occupiers Conduct “Inventory Measures” to Strengthen Control Over the TOT Population

In the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of the Kherson region, the Russian occupation administration in Skadovsk is regularly engaging in illegal data collection under the guise of the so-called “verification” of real estate documents. In reality, this is yet another tool used to exert pressure on Ukrainians and prepare for further repressive measures.

Citizens living in homes under “acts” issued by the occupiers are being forced to appear in person at the administration or submit copies of their documents via a chatbot. This constitutes a violation of international law and represents another attempt to gather information and increase control over the local population.

It is known that similar “inventories” have been used by the occupiers to strip residents who have not taken Russian citizenship of their homes. People living in housing under such “acts” are at constant risk. The Russian invaders primarily use these measures to monitor active citizens and identify potential members of the Ukrainian Resistance Movement. You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
