Occupiers Deepen the Communal Crisis in the TOT of Luhansk Region

The utility networks in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of the Luhansk region have deteriorated to a critical state. In particular, residents of Berezova Street in Luhansk have endured months of sewage leaks flooding their yards. The so-called “administration” of the city has completely ignored complaints from local residents, clearly demonstrating that addressing urgent community issues is not a priority for the occupation authorities.

Predictably, this neglect has led to a sanitary disaster. The occupier-controlled utility services have only recently begun to feign efforts to “resolve” the issue. However, these actions are nothing more than an attempt to temporarily mask the consequences of their ongoing negligence and incompetence.

Ultimately, the occupation administration remains reliant on chaotic and ineffective measures, which only worsen the region’s problems. This situation highlights, once again, that the occupation authorities are not focused on improving living conditions in the TOT. Instead, their primary goal remains fulfilling their imperial ambitions at the expense of the well-being of the local population.

You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution.

You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
