Occupiers Forcibly Deport Ukrainian Children to the TOT of Crimea

The Russian occupation administration continues its criminal policy of forcibly deporting Ukrainian children from the territories occupied after the full-scale invasion. According to confirmed reports, more than 4,000 children have been relocated to schools in occupied Crimea, while over 800 have been placed in kindergartens.

The occupiers force children to study using Russian textbooks, implement propaganda-driven educational programs, and distort historical narratives to justify Russia’s war against Ukraine. This is not just a change of study location but a deliberate attempt to erase their Ukrainian identity, integrate them into Russia’s legal and educational system, and forcibly impose Russian citizenship upon them.

Russia is blatantly violating international humanitarian law, which explicitly prohibits an occupying power from deporting and forcibly transferring children. Yet, the Kremlin continues to use intimidation, manipulation, and coercion to separate Ukrainian children from their families and indoctrinate them into its propaganda system.

To date, Russia has illegally deported more than 20,000 Ukrainian children from the TOT, while another 1.5 million remain at risk of forced displacement. Moreover, the enemy is changing the personal data and citizenship of abducted children, making their return home nearly impossible.

The National Resistance Center underscores that the abduction of Ukrainian children is an element of Russia’s genocidal policy. All those involved in these crimes will inevitably face just punishment.

You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
