In Severodonetsk, the Russian occupiers set up facilities for the training of “mobilized” people in the temporarily occupied territories.
According to the plan, priority is given to those who know what military affairs are and have at least some military experience. However, taking into account the insufficient number of such people and personnel problems that Russians experience at the front, soldiers are sent to the front without training and without proper equipment.
Ukraine’s National Resistance Center calls on the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to leave the region if possible and not to become a “human resource” for the enemy.
