More than 950 land plots in the temporarily occupied Crimea are to be seized for the needs of the Kremlin’s terrorist army. This order was issued by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It is noteworthy that the seizure will take place without prior buyout of the land from its owners. The occupation authorities justify their actions by martial law.
They have also enacted an order on restricted areas, which include most of the land in Sevastopol. In this case, no title to land or real estate, even if it is issued in accordance with Russian law, is legally binding.
Since the beginning of the occupation of Ukrainian lands, the enemy has been terrorizing the civilian population. For example, the occupiers demand that villagers re-register their ownership of land shares in accordance with the new legislation. Otherwise, they threaten to “nationalize” the plots.
The National Resistance Center calls for help to bring the liberation of Ukrainian lands from the occupiers closer by providing information about the enemy, enemy positions, crimes of collaborators and gauleiters to this anonymous chatbot.
