The National Resistance Center constantly calls for reporting known information about the enemy, enemy positions and equipment to our anonymous chatbot. This is an important part of our fight against the aggressor. Today we will open the curtain on how it works.
Recently, people who are not indifferent sent a message to the chatbot about the detection of a Russian war criminal serving in the FSB in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. The chatbot received a message about Dmitry Starikov, who is suspected of working for the FSB.
During the identification, it was established that Starykov D.O., born on 11.06.1992, served in the 14th separate special forces brigade of the Russian General Staff, and in recent years has been serving in the FSB. He is stationed in Rostov-on-Don, but has regular trips to the area of temporarily occupied Mariupol.
They also set up e-mail and social media accounts, which were also accessed. On Vkontakte, he is signed as Dmitry Khabarovsk.
Thanks to the control of his correspondence, a number of other people were identified with whom the above-mentioned person served in the 14th Special Forces Brigade, including Arsen Shokayev. This photo shows Shokayev and Starikov together.
In his conversations with another war criminal serving in the 2nd Special Forces Battalion named after Salavat Yulayev of the 116th Separate Special Forces Brigade, Nikaz Khasanovsky, Starikov directly admits that he serves in the FSB and names his location.
In turn, Khasanovsky provided the Ukrainian Defense Forces with valuable testimony about the catastrophic losses of his unit. “Our army is zero, bro… there are just too many fools to die, that’s why we are holding on. The most important thing is that the Americans do not know about it” – this is a somewhat censored and more literate version of the Russian invader’s direct speech.
We also received information about the enemy’s losses in the Donetsk sector from another of Starikov’s contacts, Ihor Semerov.
Characteristically, as in the case of the previous offender, Niyaz, who was “afraid to show the state of the Russian army to the Americans,” Igor describes his stay at the front as follows: “I went to the front, they threw me right into the hands of the Poles.” As you can see, this is another manifestation of Russian avarice and Ukrainian resilience, when the invader cannot believe that the “second army of the world” is being methodically destroyed by an ordinary Ukrainian.

The offender’s wife, Ksenia Starikova, was also identified. Passport No. 0818 535644, issued on 05.09.2018 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory. Ksenia is registered at the following address: 30 Lenina St., Khabarovsk. TIN: 272100695014. E-mail: [email protected], phone number: 89242156055
Resides at the address: 6, Lokomotivny proezd, Khabarovsk.
This example shows that even a simple report about one enemy person can make it easier for the Defense Forces to do their job. We will record all the criminals. No invader will know peace.Anyone can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
