Cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, who undergo training in combat conditions on the border with Ukraine, have a low level of motivation and discipline.
After the successful actions of the Ukrainian partisans, the cadets of the Ryazan Higher Airborne Command School, who are undergoing training in combat conditions at the strongholds of the 76th DShD as part of the forces that guard the border, have a low level of motivation and discipline.
On May 24, four cadets were arrested while intoxicated while attempting to rob a grocery store. As of now, they have been detained and handed over to the military commandant’s office in Rylsk. A total of 18 cadets have arrived, undergoing training in officer positions at strongpoints along the border.
