Russians are building new hospitals in the regions bordering Ukraine.
The invaders are unable to cope with the number of wounded but plan to expand the network of military hospitals. The construction of a military hospital is underway in the city of Bryansk, right next to the Bryansk Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary. The second floor of the building is currently being completed. Preliminary, the hospital is scheduled to open by the end of this year.
In general, the Russian medical system cannot cope with the growing number of wounded soldiers. Therefore, in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, most civilian hospitals have already been reformatted into military hospitals. Some medical facilities are fully servicing the military and do not provide medical services to civilians. Others accept a limited number of civilians to use them as human shields.
