Russian military-industrial complex suffers losses due to the war

“Cyber Resistance” activists got access to documents in which representatives of the Russian military-industrial complex complained about financial losses.

The imperfection of the Russian bureaucratic model and inflation do not allow military-industrial complex plants to fulfill government orders. This is stated in a letter intercepted by activists from the general director of the Murom instrument-making plant, Dmitry Fadeev.

In his capacity as the director of the “Defense Enterprises League” of the Volodymyr region, he complains that factories must supply products at prices fixed in 2019. And to buy parts at market prices, money first.

At the same time, the money from the government is not enough even to cover the interest on the loan, which must be taken out in order to settle with suppliers. In addition, money can be taken out of the enterprise only upon completion of the contract, but contracts are concluded for 3-5 years and this money is being frozen all this time.

Therefore, for example, the Murom plant suffered a loss of 70 million rubles on the production of the navigation system “product 1T146” alone. Thus, the plant cannot fulfill the order, which is constantly increasing.

Also in the letter, the manual of the occupiers complains that the factories lack workers due to mass mobilization and lack of housing. Even the construction of real barracks in the region does not help.
