The occupiers have “legalized” the decision to redistribute confiscated apartments taken from their rightful owners.
From now on, a significant part of these premises will be transferred to the federal ownership of Russia. Accordingly, such housing will be transferred to participants in the war against Ukraine and Russians who are encouraged to move to the TOT.
According to the decisions of the occupiers:
– up to 35% of the confiscated housing will be transferred to the federal ownership of Russia.
– Up to 30% will remain in the ownership of the “LPR”.
– 35% will remain at the disposal of local “municipalities”.
Thus, Moscow directly receives a part of the looted property, which indicates the real purpose of the occupation – not only military control, but also large-scale theft of resources.
The National Resistance Center has repeatedly informed about the process of so-called “nationalization” – in fact, it is a forced seizure of citizens’ property under the guise of “public administration”. Previously, the occupiers actively used this scheme to confiscate businesses, land and real estate, and now they are targeting the housing stock.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
