Tourists from the Russian Federation have arrived in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region to “improve the competence” of local collaborators.
To do this, the Russians have set up a “center for the development of competencies in the Kherson region” in the TOT, where former cleaners, lower-level employees, and others who have been appointed to positions in the fake administration of the region will be trained.
Of course, the traitors are supposed to take a separate “patriotism” course, where they will be taught the Kremlin’s Nazi theories about the greatness of “Russian civilization” and reject the existence of the Ukrainian nation.
The Center for National Resistance notes that all these courses are evidence of collaboration, and therefore each attendee will be punished for their activities.
