In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russian occupying forces chose the strategy of deploying personnel among the civilian population. Fearing sabotage from the side of our partisans, the Russians are hiding behind the backs of civilians. Also, the occupiers place equipment and military equipment (OMT) in the yards of residential quarters, next to children’s playgrounds.
