The occupiers introduced free meals for children in grades 1-4 in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine, but the condition is the statement of parents with a passport of the Russian Federation.
The latter seems to confirm paternity, but in fact it is another element of pressure and coercion to obtain an enemy passport, because in Russia the stamp about children is not mandatory. At the same time, a passport is not yet required, but innovations are announced from the new school year.
That is, in fact, parents should receive «red waste paper» by the time of local elections, which the occupiers plan to hold at the TOT in early September.
Recall that earlier in the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the occupiers began to carry out «passportization» at the place of residence of pensioners. In fact, this is an element of pressure on socially vulnerable segments of the population that depend on the occupation administration. To bypass pensioners from Russia arrived 300 «Volunteers» who formed «Mobile groups».
