The occupiers continue to pursue a policy of militarization of the temporarily occupied regions.
In the occupied Skadovsk, Russians are creating additional cadet classes on the basis of a “sports college”. They will operate under the patronage of the local “Ministry of Emergency Situations”, which thus want to find new personnel for their structures.
The occupiers also announced their intention to create additional cadet classes in the seized schools of Berdiansk. The classes will train policemen for the rear army – the Russian National Guard, i.e., teach them to fight with and repress the civilian population.
In Russia, working for the Kremlin is the only way to overcome poverty. This is how the government buys loyalty from people in exchange for climbing the career ladder. Therefore, the development of a network of cadet classes is a targeted recruitment program of the occupiers, which aims to make the locals more dependent on Moscow.
