“Civil servants” will be trained to work in Luhansk, Donetsk,
Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions will be trained by the Russian Academy of National Economy and State Service. The first enrollment for the course will be 50 people.
The future Gauleiters will be taught to deal with the risks associated with political destabilization in the occupied territories. In addition, they will learn how to support the work of the “authorities” in the frontline area and how to counter information attacks by Western intelligence services.
