In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are fighting everything Ukrainian and plan to legalize the ban on Ukrainian literature.
The Kremlin’s Nazi policy is aimed at enslaving conquered peoples and destroying their self-identity. Therefore, from the very beginning of the occupation, Russians seized libraries and took and burned Ukrainian books.
Now the occupiers finally want to create a legal basis for their Nazi actions. Moscow has drafted a bill that regulates the inclusion of “books of information agents” in libraries’ collections, i.e. any books that encourage thinking.
We call on Ukrainians in the TOT to protect Ukrainian literature, share it and distribute it among their friends – do not let the Russians break the nation’s code.
