The Russians have failed to recruit “volunteers” in the temporarily occupied territories and are resorting to deception.
The enemy continues to support the so-called “voluntary people’s units” that allegedly operate in the TOT. The vast majority of these units are employees of security firms brought from Russia.
However, on the basis of these militaristic groups, Russians are agitating locals to join. Later, these people are transferred to “volunteer battalions” where they become a screen for Russian formations.
