The enemy has obliged all captured kindergartens, schools, colleges, technical schools and universities to fly the Russian flag.
Currently, the installation of the flag in seized educational institutions is “voluntary- compulsory”, and theoretically, the director can refuse this right and avoid responsibility.
However, the Kremlin decided to correct this “liberalism” and on September 1, all institutions were legally obliged to install the occupation rag, because Russia is a country of coercion.
The National Resistance Center notes that all rags can be torn off by the wind, burn due to violations of safety rules, or hang upside down due to the fact that even Russians themselves do not know their state symbols.
