The occupiers launched combat drone training courses at Sevastopol State University.
The university was established in 2014 on the basis of the captured educational institutions of Sevastopol. As a result, civilian objects became military, all in the style of the Russian Federation.
Thus, in the «civilian university» there are military courses for soldiers of the Russian army, which makes the «university» a legitimate military target.
