After almost two years of occupation, the Russians still cannot find employees for their fake VROs in the occupied lands.
The occupation administration of the Zaporizhzhya region cannot start full-fledged operation of the VRO departments in Melitopol, Energodar, Pology and Tokmak. The reason is the constant shortage of personnel.
Due to the “liberators”, the majority of the population left the region, and of those who were forced to stay, only a marginal minority is willing to work for the enemy. Therefore, the enemy is forced to import his own workers.
However, the Kremlin does not guarantee them either social or actual protection. At the same time, coming to Ukraine and working for the occupation of the region implies consequences from which none of them is immune.
