Starting September 1, the enemy will introduce a pass regime in the temporarily occupied territories of the Novokakhovka district of the Kherson region. First of all, it concerns Nova Kakhovka and the 15-kilometer zone. The Russian occupation administrations in the region have already started accepting applications for the necessary paperwork.
Under this cover, the enemy is once again conducting filtration measures. After all, the so-called pass will not be needed by local residents with a Russian passport and residence permit.
We have already written that control over all civilians planning to leave the temporarily occupied Kherson region has been tightened. Again, this applied to those Ukrainians who had not exchanged their passports for a Russian piece of paper.
