This weekend, the occupation authorities brought at least 54,000 state employees to the streets of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region to clean up illegal dumps.
Now the occupied cities suffer from unauthorized dumps on almost every street. Due to a catastrophic shortage of janitors and housing and communal services workers, there is no one to clean up the mess. The occupiers are using these people to “solve” the problem of mobilization to the Russian army.
